Challenge: Heavily congested services zones within the main hospital building plantroom due to limited building envelope

Project success with all trades installing their works within their allocated timeframes and no on site issues were highlighted during the installation phase

Sunshine Plaza Extension

Challenge: Ensuring services construction issue documentation was well ahead of the structural teams concrete pour sequence

Solution: We were engaged early on in the contractor engagement process which enabled us to highlight three key areas of which had extensive design issues

Outcome: All services drawings issued well ahead of the concrete pour sequence which eliminated any delays on site when the structural team opened up areas for trades installation

Medical Facility AHU replacement

Challenge:

Short time frame for replacement of existing AHU’s with new AHU’s
No time for remaking ductwork or ordering site measures due to limited crane time

Solution:

Complete 3D scan of existing AHU platform and plant deck
Once the 3D modelling was completed, a buildability assessment was completed to ensure that there were no clashes with existing elements or any issues with the buildability of what had been provided by the modelling team.

Outcome:

AHU’s and duct work replaced within the tight timeframes set by the client to allow their facility to be back up and running with limited down time
No remakes or site measures were required for this project
